This is to formally notify you that the deadline for completing your registration and hostel accommodation formalities has passed.

Preparation Checklist for New Residents
As you prepare for your move-in, please note that you are responsible for providing your own personal items and bedding materials.
To ensure you are fully settled from your first day, please arrange to bring or purchase the following items upon arrival:
Personal Hygiene Supplies: Please ensure you have an adequate supply of soap, shampoo, toothpaste, towels, and other daily toiletries.
Bedding Essentials: You will need to bring your own mattress, pillows, bed sheets, and blankets.
Room Security: While the hostel provides the primary door mechanism, we strongly recommend that you bring a high-quality padlock for your room.
Additional Recommended Items: You may also want to bring a power strip (surge protector), a reusable water bottle, a small desk lamp, and laundry supplies (detergent and a laundry bag).
